Since 2008, Melissa has specialized in instructional design, creating targeted training programs across various industries. At Martial Arts Athletics, she oversees financial operations while developing curriculum and training content. Melissa also trains in martial arts and fitness under Sensei Rodrigo Navarrete, an experience that has deepened her passion for martial arts athletics and its impact on performance training.
